Mariposa Ingredients:
LASAGNA
(Pasta Dishes )
16 oz pkg lasagna noodles
16 oz pkg shredded mozarella cheese
1/4 C parmesan cheese

Sauce:
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 onion--diced
1 clove garlic--minced
1/4 C green pepper--chopped
28 oz can tomatoes--chopped
12 oz can tomato paste
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pkg Mariposa Farms Pasta Mix--chopped (leaves only)
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Cottage Cheese Mixture:
15 oz container cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp Mariposa Farms Pasta Mix
   In a large sauce pan cook beef, pork, onion, garlic, & green pepper until meat is cooked. Drain excess fat. Add tomatos and their liquid along with the next 5 ingredients. Heat mixture to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain. Combine cottage cheese mixture in a small bowl. Arrange 1/2 the noodles on a slightly greased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture, and 1/2 the sauce. Repeat layers. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake 45 min in 375 degree F oven. Let stand 10 min before serving.
