Rosemary,Tarragon,Thyme,Bay Leaves |
HERB OF PROVINCE VINEGAR
(Butters, Oils, Vinegars ) |

1/2 to 1 C washed fresh herbs (Mariposa Farms Fresh Rosemary, Tarragon, Thyme, Bay Leaves) 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1 quart red wine vinegar |
| Follow directions for making herbal vinegar. Use a combination of Mariposa Farms Fresh Rosemary, Tarragon, Thyme, and Bay Leaves. Also add 1 tsp Fennel seeds. Use red wine vinegar for the vinegar portion. Follow the rest of the recipe as indicated. | |
