Mariposa Ingredients:

WOODEAR MUSHROOM STIR-FRY

1 Tbsp. sesame oil 1 oz Mariposa Farms Wood Ear Mushrooms, reconstituted 1/2 lb snow peas?ends and strings removed 1/4 C red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced 1 garlic clove?minced 1/2 C carrots?chopped 1 8oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 Tbs. hoison sauce 1 tsp. oyster sauce 2 Tbs. soy sauce 1 Tbs. orange marmalade 1 tsp. Cornstarch |
| Mix hoison sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, orange marmalade and corn starch in a
small bowl. Set aside. Heat oil in wok or heavy skillet over high heat. Add carrots and cook 1 minute. Add snow peas and cook 1 minute more. Add garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds. Add water chestnuts and sauce. When water chestnuts are hot remove from heat and serve |
