MINT VINAIGRETTE

1/4C. olive oil 1 Tbs. fresh mint 1/3 C. red wine vinegar 1 clove minced garlic 2 Tbs. sugar 1 Tbs. fresh Italian Flat Parsley 1 Tbs. fresh oregano Salt and pepper to taste |
| Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. Pour over salad greens. | |
