Mariposa Ingredients:
Basil,Opal Basil,Oregano,Italian Parsley |
GARDEN FRESH PASTA SALAD

8 oz wagon wheel pasta 2 Tbs. mayonnaise Juice of 1 lemon 4-6 scallions, chopped 1 7 oz can artichoke hearts 1/4 C opal basil leaves, chopped Fresh oregano to taste 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley or opal basil sprigs for garnish |
| Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a medium
bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the scallions, sliced
artichoke hearts, tomatoes, herbs and cheese. Stir until well mixed. Add salt
and pepper to taste. Chill and garnish before serving. 4 Servings |
