Mariposa Ingredients:
Rosemary
CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY AND WINE
(Main Dishes)
2 Tbs. olive oil
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
1 C. chicken broth
1 1/4 C. dry white wine
1 C. canned crushed tomatoes with puree
   Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat oil in large ovenproof pot over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Saut? chicken until golden, about 4 min. per side. Transfer chicken to platter. Add remaining ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Return chicken to pot. Bring back to boil and cover. Place pot in oven for 20 minutes. Place chicken on platter and keep warm. Boil sauce 5 minutes or until reduced to 2 cups. Season with salt and pepper and pour over chicken to serve.
