1 1/2 Lbs. Cream cheese softened 1 sprig tarragon 1 sprig oregano 1 C fresh chives 1 clove garlic 2 Tbs. Fresh basil 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 C fresh parsley Dash of Tobasco sauce 6 oz Sun Dried tomatoes, julienne |
| Place garlic in microwave 8-10 seconds. Place softened cream cheese in food processor. Add garlic, herbs, and sun-dried tomatoes in batches and process until thoroughly mixed. Add remaining ingredients and process until creamy. Serve on crackers or as a vegetable dip. | |
