BLUE CHEESE AND WATERCRESS SPREAD

5 oz blue cheese, crumbled 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature 2 Tbs. butter, room temperature 1 Pkg. fresh watercress leaves, chopped 2 green onions, chopped 1/4 C toasted walnuts, finely chopped |
| Mix blue cheese, cream cheese, and butter in medium bowl until blended. Mix in
watercress, onions, and nuts. Season with salt and pepper and spoon into small
bowl. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature
before serving.) Serve with crackers. 14 Servings |
