Mariposa Ingredients:

1 pkg. value pack basil 3 cloves garlic 4 Tbs. olive oil 2 Tbs. softened butter 1/4 C chopped walnuts 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice 1/3 C. Parmesan cheese |
| Trim basil and set aside. Place garlic, olive oil, softened butter, walnuts and
lemon juice in a food processor and process until smooth. Add basil and
Parmesan cheese and process until well blended. Cook 16 ounces of pasta according to package directions. Drain, and place in serving bowl. Serve pesto on the side. If desired, serve with additional Parmesan cheese. Makes about 1 Cup |
