Mariposa Ingredients:
Basil
PASTA IN TOMATO CREAM SAUCE
(Contest Winners,Pasta Dishes )
8 ounces penne or other tubular pasta
14 oz can Italian-style diced tomatoes with 1/2 teaspoon Italian Blend
1/2 C fresh chopped Basil
3/4 C fresh goat milk or whipping cream
1/3 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon slices, optional
   Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
In skillet, cook tomatoes over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, until thickened. Reduce heat; add basil and cream. Heat through. Do not boil. Toss with pasta and cheese. Serve immediately.
Garnish with lemon slices.
