1 tbsp corn oil 2 medium onions--coarsely chopped 1/4 C Mariposa Farms Parsley Leaves--chopped 1 tbsp water 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef 1 6 oz can tomato paste 2 tbsp Mariposa Farms Basil Leaves--minced 3 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp A-1 Steak Sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 3 tbsp maple syrup 1/3 C water |
| Pour oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Coat onions with oil, add 1 tsp water, and cook until limp. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess fat from pan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 25 minutes, adding extra water if necessary. | |
