Mariposa Ingredients:
Sage
LEMON-SAGE BUTTER FOR GRILLED FISH
(Appetizers,From the Grill )
3/4 C butter
2 1/2 tbsp grated lemon peel
1 1/2 tbsp fresh sage
12 trout or bluegill filets
   Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat. Add lemon and sage. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Brush entire fish with butter mixture. Grill over medium-high heat about 4 minutes each side or until just opaque in the center. Serve with lemon wedges.
