Basil,Italian Parsley,Thyme |
HAMBURGERS WITH MUSTARD AND MIXED HERBS

1 lbs lean ground beef 1/2 C finely chopped red onion 1/3 C chopped fresh Basil 1/4 C chopped fresh Parsley 2 tbsp chopped fresh Thyme 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp Dijon mustard |
| Gently mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until just blended. Shape
into eight patties. Grill over medium-high heat. Serves 8. |
