Mariposa Ingredients:
Oregano |
OREGANO RUBBED STEAK
(From the Grill,Main Dishes ) |

4 cloves garlic 1/2 C onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp chopped fresh Oregano 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 lbs sirloin cut 1" to 2" thick |
| Combine all ingredients except steak in a medium bowl. Trim fat from steak. Rub
seasoning mixture over both sides of meat. Grill over medium heat until it
reaches desired temperature. Serves 4. |
