Mariposa Ingredients:

HERBAL SPINACH & LETTUCE SALAD

2 C spinach leaves 2 C leaf lettuce 1 pkg Mariposa Farms Salad Mix Dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 2 tbsp apple juice 1/4 tsp celery seed salt and pepper to taste |
| Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk until completely blended. Wash and dry spinach, lettuce, and herbs. Tear spinach, lettuce, and herb leaves into a large bowl and toss to mix. Serve with dressing on the side. |
